Founder & Principal

Pouya Tiraie is the Founder and Principal of his brokerage firm, providing advisory and brokerage services across commercial real estate. Since entering the industry in 2014, he has built a well-rounded foundation that spans property accounting, property management, leasing, and investment sales—giving him a comprehensive understanding of real estate from operations to execution.
Pouya specializes in retail shopping centers and industrial warehouse properties, advising investors, developers, and property owners on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing strategies. His practice is intentionally focused on the commercial sector, allowing him to deliver a higher level of expertise, market insight, and execution for clients operating in these asset classes.
He began his career on the financial and operational side of real estate, where he developed a deep appreciation for how assets perform beyond the surface. Transitioning into leasing and sales, Pouya combined that analytical background with a results-driven approach to dealmaking, helping clients identify opportunities, structure transactions, and maximize long-term value.
As a CCIM designee, Pouya brings advanced training in investment analysis, market evaluation, and financial structuring. His approach is rooted in disciplined underwriting, market insight, and a clear understanding of both risk and opportunity—particularly within retail centers and industrial assets.
